Kristin is holding three of her dolls.
They can’t find any of Ava’s dolls.

A new (possibly) helpdesk excuse is now on the loose from the creator of Dilbert.
My previous favorite help desk answers were:

It’s an I D 10 T error.
It’s a PEBCAK issue. (Problem Exists Between Chair and Keyboard)
