Our family has been struggling with a flu/cold bug that first hit Kristin, then Ava, then Julie then me. It starts out with a sore throat then Bam, just floors us with aches and weakness. Once you get through that the cough starts, leading to headaches.

We have a blanket of ice here in the Lower Mainland. It’s gorgeous even though it is reeking havoc on the roads with about 50% of drivers unfamiliar with the temperature at the freezing level.
