On Sunday, we celebrated Mother’s Day and our seventh wedding anniversary. We thought it would be a great time to have our children dedicated as well. Normally, it is something that happens when they are infants but we were waiting to find a church that we felt at home at. Next thing you know, 6 years have passed and we had two more babies. Oops.

A Baby Dedication is a ceremony in which believing parents, and sometimes entire families, make a commitment before the Lord to submit a child to God’s will and to raise that child according to God’s Word and God’s ways. [About.com]
