Some call it the world’s perfect food. It’s savory and salty but can be made sweet and delicious. Tonight’s class is all about pork and is meant to offer you some inspiration…yummy bacony inspiration! Not just for breakfast…bacon is incredibly versatile and should be considered for lunch, dinner and even dessert – bacon can add that incredible layer of flavor that can work just about anything! On the menu tonight: Sweet Potato Hash with Bacon, a classic Spaghetti al Carbonara served with Maple-Bacon Biscuits. For the sweeter side of things a delicious recipe for Spicy Candied Bacon. And, just because we can Peanut-butter, Chocolate and Bacon Truffles.

    Honestly, you should LOVE bacon. Give it some respect. You can LIKE dairy products or even Chicken.
