Exercise with Ava

Hi, Kristin here.
I’ve been trying to get daddy to get in shape and he keeps telling me that he doesn’t have a good exercise routine. So me and Ava came up with a stretching program that will help him meet his new year revolutions.

First, sway your hips while moving your arms around. Then squat, putting your hands on your thighs. Then march while partially squatting and spinning around in a circle. Then quickly bend down and touch your toes. Ava is demonstrating how you may need to bend your knees so you can reach them. Then burst out of the squat and run as fast as you can.
Do this over and over again and you will be in shape.
