A new (possibly) helpdesk excuse is now on the loose from the creator of Dilbert.
My previous favorite help desk answers were:
- It’s an I D 10 T error.
- It’s a PEBCAK issue. (Problem Exists Between Chair and Keyboard)
- It’s a Microsoft bug. (Although this is a possibility the majority of the time.
