My last Will and Logins.

Michelle Malkin brought up a discussion that is happening over at Free Republic about a dead soldier’s family that is wanting access to his Yahoo emails. Yahoo won’t hand over the access and it will probably end up winning the battle.

I’m not sure how I feel about this. There are many legitimate issues that Yahoo has to protect not only the privacy of its subscribers but also the privacy of those that he emailed and received mail from.

Now that I know the privacy issues surrounding internet passwords, I think I will be setting up a system in which upon my death, my family will have my account information to any places where logins are required that they need to access.
