Flickr Review

I’m starting to host my pictures over at flickr.com as I was running out of space on my 1and1 account.

I thought I’d write a quick review of my experience with flickr so that everyone that reads my blog (me) can benefit.

Positive
Overall, I’d have to say I have been impressed with flickr. After just two or three photo uploads I signed up for the pro version so I can get the 1GB of uploads a month. I like what I see so far.

Negative
The uploading tools. I know it is still beta but there is a nasty bug that kills the upload saying that the internet connection is not available.

Anyways, go to the sheldon kotyk area on flickr.com to see what I have uploaded so far.

Update: The uploading tools are fixed.

    came here looking for ‘flickr review’ and checked a bit of your site out.

    i wont be using flickr, but from what i saw the site looks sweet
